Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lamer Group LLC, operating the Adik brand and the website adik.co (“Adik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. It applies to visitors to our website, people who contact us or request a callback, and our clients.

By using adik.co, calling us, requesting a callback, or providing us with information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Who we are. Adik is a digital agency for small business owners. We build websites, improve online and SEO reputation, and set up CRM chatbots, AI voice assistants, and business automations.

Contact: Lamer Group LLC (operating Adik), 11161 E State Rd 70, Ste #110 PMB, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Email: privacy@adik.co

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly.

  • Contact and inquiry information you submit through a website form or give us during a call: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and mailing/business address.
  • Callback requests. If you enter your phone number in our callback form, we collect that number to call you back.
  • Client and billing information. If you become a client, we collect business details and payment information needed to bill you on a recurring basis. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Communications. The content of your messages, emails, texts, and calls with us.

Information from phone calls and our AI voice assistant.

  • When you call us through the website or request a callback, your call may be handled by an automated (AI) voice assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. During these calls we may collect your phone number, name, email, and the information you share. We disclose recording at the start of the call and ask for your consent before recording continues.

Information we collect automatically.

  • When you visit adik.co, we and our providers may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health data, or precise geolocation), and we ask that you not send it to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and return your call when you request a callback;
  • provide, set up, host, and support the services you hire us for (websites, SEO, CRM, AI voice, automations);
  • process payments and manage recurring billing;
  • send you service-related messages (scheduling, confirmations, account and billing notices);
  • send marketing or follow-up messages where you have consented, and from which you can opt out at any time;
  • operate, secure, and improve our website and services; and
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Calls, Texts, and Emails — Your Consent and How to Opt Out

We take communications consent seriously.

Phone and AI voice calls. If you provide your phone number through our website, a callback form, or during a conversation with us, you authorize us to contact you at that number — including by automated technology and artificial or prerecorded (AI) voice — to respond to your request and provide services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. You can ask us to stop calling at any time, and we will honor that request promptly.

Text messages (SMS). We send texts only after you agree — either verbally during a call or by submitting a form that requests text consent. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Email. We send marketing emails only with your permission, every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. You will continue to receive necessary service and billing emails while you are a client.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers (sub-processors). We use trusted vendors to operate our services. These currently include: GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, scheduling, email/SMS messaging, and where applicable payment processing; Vapi for AI voice calling (and, in the future, Twilio for telephony); Make for workflow automation; Smartlead and Clay for outbound email and lead/contact data; Lovable for website building and hosting; and our payment processor. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
  • Legal and protection. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to provide services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes — and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You may request to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (note: we do not sell or share your information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to exercise rights. Email privacy@adik.co. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Adik's website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@adik.co and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site and the tools we build may link to third-party sites and services that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices; review their policies before providing information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
